Account basics (email), podcast preferences, saved lists, and usage logs for debugging and experience improvement. We also ingest public podcast audio, show notes, and metadata to run MavenSignal.

How we use information

Operate the service, personalize signals, send product updates, and monitor abuse. We may aggregate anonymized statistics (for example, total mentions per show) for marketing.

Sharing

Vendors that host infrastructure, email, analytics, or payment must follow contractual privacy safeguards. We do not share individual listening data or contact details with advertisers.

Cookies and similar tech

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and protect against CSRF. You can clear or block cookies via your browser, but the product may not function without them.

Data retention

User accounts remain until deleted. Backups may persist for up to 60 days after removal requests.

Your choices

• - Deletion: close your account from settings or contact support.
• - Marketing email opt out: every message includes an unsubscribe link.

Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, limit internal access, and review logs for anomalous behavior. No internet service is perfectly secure, so notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, legally able to agree to contracts, and allowed to use the service under your local laws.

Acceptable use

• - Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or resell MavenSignal without permission.
• - Do not upload spyware, offensive material, or content you do not have the right to share.
• - Respect other users and do not misuse mention data to harass guests or hosts.

Intellectual property

MavenSignal owns the software, branding, and datasets we generate. Podcast audio and book titles remain property of their respective owners. We provide mention summaries under fair use.

Billing

Paid tiers renew monthly or annually unless canceled before the next billing date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes may be added where applicable.

Disclaimers

MavenSignal is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or accuracy of third-party podcast data. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using MavenSignal at any time; sections related to privacy, intellectual property, and liability survive termination.

Changes

We will note major revisions on this page and, where material, notify signed-in users via email or in-app alerts. Continued use after the effective date means you agree to the new terms.
